PE Steel Strip Reinforced Pipe

The PE steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe adopts U-shaped steel strip composite PE material, which greatly improves the ring stiffness of the pipe without increasing the cost. Under the same weight, the strength of the pipe is significantly improved compared to wrapped pipe and carat pipe. It can solve a series of problems such as heavy load, and the advantages of large-diameter pipes are more obvious. The production of pipe diameters ranges from DN300mm to DN2400mm, and the ring stiffness remains above 8KN/m2, which is lighter and stronger than cement pipes and other plastic pipes.

Characteristics of PE steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe:

Completely reliable ring stiffness: Due to the elastic modulus ratio of steel and plastic materials being greater than 200 and the weight ratio being greater than 7.85, compared to pure plastic pipes, steel strip reinforcement makes it easier for pipes (especially large-diameter pipes) to have sufficient safe and reliable ring stiffness and relatively high stiffness to weight ratio.
