PVC-U Water Supply Pipe

PVC-U pipes are mainly made of sanitary grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, with the addition of appropriate stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, color enhancers, etc. They are extruded by plastic extruders and injection molded by injection molding machines. Through cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, packaging and other processes, the production of pipes and fittings is completed.

PVC-U pipe is composed of amorphous thermoplastic resin made by polymerization reaction of vinyl chloride monomer and certain additives (such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc.).
